- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doctors are excellent, but the billing department is awful. Pay a co-pay at the time of visit and get a bill a year later from a collection agency. I have needed a receipt since February 2014 for flexible spending plan and still have not received it as of today 12/10/14. We left the practice due to the inability of the billing people to do the right thing. And because they wait over a year to send a bill there is no way to figure out what it was actually for. They also bill specialist versus primary care which is not right. Again, doctors are excellent but for 8 years in a row they did this to us.November 17, 2017by O'Brien Judy
